I like to be organised, well at least most of the time. 😉

When I talk about being organised, I include both your thoughts and physical items you own.

Often when we are unorganised, we feel overwhelmed. Sometimes the overwhelm can get out of control which can lead to episodes of anxiety.

The more overwhelmed we get, the less we get done.

That is why I love making a to do list & journaling to assist with organising my thoughts to limit the chances of feeling overwhelmed.

When it comes to physical items I love bags. My dad told me when I was a little girl I always would have some sort of bag with me. Even if it was only a Checkers shopping bag!

And that is why I love these beautiful storage bags from @the_box_fashion to organise some of my physical items.

I store ALL my makeup in them and when I travel, I know that if I pack these three bags all my makeup goodies are always ready on hand.
