During these trying times we all experience some sort of choas and try to make sense of it all.
If ALL that currently exist in your reality is chaos, take a moment and choose one goal that will help you move forward.
It doesn’t have to be big. It can be to start taking better care of your health by taking a short 20 minute walk three times a week.
Write down how you will approach this new goal set.
Take the necessary action each day working towards your goal.
What you will experience is the feel good emotion of achievement and even a bit of calmness. And during these trying times this can go a long way.
At the end of the day it is about progress and not perfection.
If today didn’t go as planned, tomorrow is another day. Be kind to yourself.
